‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ is Life.

‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ is life. Why F.R.I.E.N.D.S has been my life?

It was the time when I was living in Mumbai, away from my home town. I have a group of friends whom I made during my training time, June 2018.

They are my friends, family, and well-wishers. We had lots of fun together, had trips to Lonavala, Elephanta Caves, Mumbai Dharshan, and many.

We usually meet at Break out Area for evening coffee and snacks, but only we did was sat together and had long discussions. Here now we were in 2019, and all of my friends have started binge watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S. I was frustrated that no one were talking but just watching the show on HotStar. I don’t know Phoebe or any other characters. I had nothing to talk with them for few days.

I have no idea why I started watching the show but I did start, but none of my friends are aware of me started watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S, later they knew.

FRIENDS Blog post

All my days and nights were occupied. I laid down on my bed on weekends and the only thing I did was this.

You are feeling low, go watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

You feel alone, go watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

There used to be a few days when all of my friends have had gone to their home town and I am alone in my apartment. Watching your favorite show makes you feel you are accompanied, just like how a book can be your best friend.

Alankritha(the end)

The boy asked about the flute. His guru said, “come to me in the evening then I’ll answer all your questions”. The boy went to his guru on that evening. Guru had a big story to say but, he only insisted the boy to throw the flute in the lake. The boy listened to his guru and decided to throw the flute. But he thought of asking permission from Alankritha, whether to throw it or not. When he went to Alankritha’s place, her maid said that she is sleeping. So the boy went to the lake and sat on a rock. He pondered about the flute. But he had no clue to solve this riddle.

Alankritha was sleeping peacefully. Suddenly she got up and started searching for the flute. Then she remembered that she gave it to the boy. She said about the bad dream, she had before, to the maid. The maid was so worried about Alankritha. The dream she had was so terrific. She saw her city and the fort getting collapsed. Heavy rain caused an overflow in the lake. And the water was unstoppable because the force was more than the usual.

The maid didn’t know what to do. They both sat on her bed thinking about her dream. But they were unable to draw a conclusion from that. And Alankritha was so worried about her mother land.

It started raining. It was pouring heavily with thunderstorms. The boy closed his eyes and thought about the things happening. He always believed in his guru’s words. But he was also concerned about his friendship with Alankritha. He couldn’t make a decision. And he had no time to think of it because the time has come for him to throw the flute into the lake. He closed his eyes, said sorry to himself because he couldn’t inform this to Alankritha and he thought of his guru. He threw the flute into the lake. And sat on the rock until morning. But the boy didn’t know that he saved his mother land from getting extinct.

The Lost Love…

Time passed,

It changed from minutes to hours,

hours to days,

days to years….

But her heart remained the same as many years before it was.

The same love,

The same expectation,

And the same respect.

A Broken Soul..

You search for one thing, you found something else.

You expect something, you got something else.

Years you passed in search of your desire were found useless.

Still a drop of hope keeps you awake for nights.

Let the tears wash your scars, but never let them wash your soul.

A heavenly world is waiting for you. Invite the world, look with your eyes filled with hope, you’ll find a path filled with happiness.

Happy Birthday my dear Ma’am

The most Beautiful woman in pink….

A mother who takes care of each single,

Loves to look simple.

Black curly hair tied up in a bun,

made her look like the sun,

spreading bright shine

with her smile.

The way she says God Bless!!,

made everyone’s day filled with bliss.

Something irritates, she said “My foot!!”,

hitting the floor with her foot.

The way she teach,

would make the water pure which was filled with bleach.

She says, “wear a smile on your face,

rather than a jewel, that might increase your grace”.

My ma’am blesses every child, “God Bless you!!”.

A li’l girl said her “God Bless you!!”,

She smiled…

With love,

The Leaf

I was amazed by the dark clouds accumulating above me on the evening of a sunny day. The li'l cold drops made me smile.... I danced to the rhythm of the drops fallen from the heaven sent by my savior for me. Sooner the ice pellets hit me harder. Then the followed Dawn made alive. The gentle rays peeping through the Hallows gave a new life.

Alankritha(part-2)

Alankritha was sad after her father’s decision about the music classes. She sat near the pond. After gloomy dusk, she fell asleep on the bench beside the pond. Exactly at midnight, she heard loud noises. Followed by those scary noises she heard beautiful music and she woke up. “What are these noises?” thought Alankritha. She couldn’t sleep after all this had happened. She sat staring at the pond. She found a flute floating on the pond. She took that. The flute was very beautifully engraved with gems and was made of bronze. She found it very mysterious. The flute was shining by the moonlight. The whole night she sat thinking about that flute.

The next morning she met the boy and gave him the flute she found last night and said about the sounds she heard. The boy tried to play the flute but he couldn’t do it. He took the flute with him and gave it to his Guru. “Where did you get this?” Guru asked the boy. “One of my friends gave me this flute. She found this flute floating on the pond. And why am I unable to play it?” asked the boy. “You can’t play this my boy”, said the Guru.

Alankritha

She was born on a rainy evening when the land was transforming its color to green from brown. Her bright big eyes seemed shining with more glee. Her mother was resting on a silk bed. Meanwhile, the maid took the baby to her father. He was very happy to see the baby who was smiling like a bright sunflower. He felt so special and blessed. The baby’s smile seemed as pleasant as heaven. Her father named her “Nanda Devi” by adorning her neck with a beautiful gold chain. Mother Yashodhara named the baby as  “Alankritha”.
Baby Alankritha when she was 5 years old, met two girls who were daughters of her mother’s maids. She was engaged in daily maths, arts and science classes which were taught at her home. She played with her two friends. The girl had many pets in her garden which moved around and playing with her all the time. There were two swans, a peacock along with his mate, two rabbits and few parrots and pigeons.
On a Monday when Alankritha was sitting in her garden, having some sweet chat with a parrot, heard a sound. She thought it might be a bird. She asked her kinsman to get her that bird. But, it was not a bird. A boy was playing the flute, who was the son of one of her kinsman. But no one brought her the bird that she was thinking of. One day she asked her nurse about that sounds, then the nurse replied, “My sweetheart that sounds are nothing but music, The Blessing of the Nature”. The girl was confused and again asked her nurse whether human beings can be blessed with music. she replied, “Oh! Why not? Everyone can learn music. It is a form of Goddess Saraswathi. People learn to play different instruments ”.
Alankritha went to her mother and she said about her interest in music. She asked her mother that she want to learn music. Yashodhara said to her husband, Veerendra Singh, about their daughter’s wish to learn music. The girl’s father replied, “No!, My daughter shouldn’t learn music ”.

………. To be continued.
